2. 遞交表格後，將會收到確認電郵核實會員身份及其會員編號。
3. 會員身份不得轉借他人使用，並請將你的個人資料及會員身份確認電郵保密。
4. 當你獲取免費門票欣賞音樂會、活動演出或 Frenzi Music 舉辦之私人派對/聚會時，請以會員編號及中英文姓名証明其身份取票或入場。
否則工作人員有機會要求出示身份証明文件以茲証明，及有權取消任何不合作的人仕入場資格。
5. 如遇任何爭議Frenzi Music將保留最終決定權利。
1.「Frenzi Music Membership 」is a free membership system. Simply complete the form to become a permanent member.
2. A confirmation email will be sent upon submission of form.
3. Membership may not be used for other people's use, and please keep your personal information and membership confirmation email confidential.
4. You may be required to present personal identification upon each entry into any free ticket concerts or events for verification.
Frenzi Music reserves the right to disqualify any guest from usage of ticket.
5. In the event of disputes regarding these terms and conditions or other matters relating to any tickets, offers or promotions,
Frenzi Music reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute .

在登記成為「Frenzi Music Membership」的過程中，我們會要求閣下提供個人資訊，如你的姓名、生日資料、電子郵件地址、Whatsapp聯絡電話號碼，並會詢問閣下是否接受電子宣傳郵件/訊息。我們會透過電郵或即時通訊應用程式將最新的活動情報、產品預告及優惠推薦給會員。若要更改個人資料或取消接受電子宣傳郵件/訊息*，請電郵致frenzimusicltd@gmail.com通知我們。
Personal data collected upon the registration may be used for the processing of requests or enquiries, enforcing the terms of the commercial dealings, sending promotional materials to you, our internal business and administrative purposes or for legal, safety or security purposes.
